Mr. L. Hasan, Founder and Managing Director of Lansh Engineering, brings over 35 years of experience in boilers, EPC execution, and specialized metal fabrication. He combines technical expertise with strong business development and client management skills. Previously, he held senior roles at leading engineering organizations. Since 1984, he has successfully led projects in fabrication, piping, tanks, and structural works.

A Graduate in Arts with prior professional experience at B.K. Textiles, Mrs. Hasan oversees administration, statutory compliance, and financial coordination. She ensures disciplined governance, regulatory adherence, and smooth organizational functioning.

Mr. Aabid Hasan holds an MBA from Liverpool John Moores University (UK) and is a Management Graduate from Mumbai University. With prior experience at HDFC Bank Ltd., he leads financial planning, budgeting, human resources, and corporate administration, strengthening financial discipline and workforce capability.

A Mechanical Engineer with 34+ years of experience, Mr. Ramachandran has worked with Kinetics Technology India Ltd., Tetracon Engineering (Malaysia), and Spheretech Engineering (Malaysia). He heads manufacturing operations at the Navi Mumbai facility, overseeing fabrication, production planning, quality coordination, and inter-department alignment. He also plays a key role in project execution planning, technical marketing support, feasibility analysis, and client consultations, ensuring customer requirements are translated efficiently to the shop floor.
- OPERATIONS & ENGINEERING LEADERSHIP
With over 35 years of experience in commercial management and supply chain operations, Mr. Chari brings expertise in vendor development, strategic sourcing, procurement planning, contract management, and cost optimization.
He previously served as Senior Vice President – Commercial & Projects at Ashapura Group of Industries and as Executive Director at Ashok Alcochem Ltd. He was honored with the Global Indian of the Year Award (2013) by Smt. Pratibha Patil, Former President of India.
