A graduate in Mechanical Engineering is having more than 35 years of experience in field of boilers, EPC projects & exotic metal fabrication. Prior to inception of Lansh Engineering, Mr. L. Hasan has worked with M/s. IAEC India Ltd., M/s. Industrial Boilers Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Surendra Engg. Co. Pvt. Ltd. M/s. Artson Engineering Ltd and started his own Business in 1984 and since then has catered various clients towards fabrication / erection of Process Equipment, Storage Tanks, Piping, Structural etc.

MRS. NAGINA L. HASAN

(Director)

 A Graduate in Arts, served with M/s. B. K. Textiles. Started own Business in 1986 catering various clients in the field of Administration and Accounts..

MR. AABID HASAN

Director (Finance & HR)

A Management Graduate from Mumbai University and a MBA in Finance & Project Management from Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool (UK) is having over three year experience in the field of financial management, human resources and administration. Mr Aabid Hasan worked with HDFC Bank Ltd. and currently oversees financial management and HR functions of our company.

A Mechanical Engineer having an experience of over 34 years has M/s. Kinetics Technology India Ltd, M/s. Tetracon Engineering, Malaysia and M/s. Spheretech Engineering, Malaysia prior joining our team at Lansh Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Currently Mr. P.V. Ramachandran is heading our works at Rabale and is overseeing our manufacturing section along with co-ordination in our other business activities.

Executive Director

A Mechanical Engineer having 40 years’ experience in Engineering, Erection, Commissioning ,O&M  of Thermal Power Plant up to 500 MW, Fabrication of Heavy Structurals, Pressure Parts Such As Economiser Coils, Super Heater Coils, Feed Water Tanks, Deareator Tanks etc. Worked With M/s. Sunil Hi Tech Engineers Ltd. For more than 20 Years.

MR. SHRIDHAR CHARI

MSC (Statistics), MA (Economics), MBA (Supply Chain), PGDBA

A Supply Chain Professional with rich experience of more than 35 years in negotiation with both Local and International Suppliers.  In his long tenure has handled Project Purchase.  Including Procurements of chemicals raw material, Fuel and Packaging.

He has held various positions in good reputed companies.  He was a senior Vice President –Commercial and Projects in M/s. Ashapura Group of Industries for 22 years.  Also worked in the capacity of Executive Director with M/s. Ashok Alcochem Ltd a Public Limited Co. from April 2013 to March 2016 which is into Manufacture of Acetaldehyde and Ethylcerate.

He has been bestowed with Global Indian of the year award from Smt. Pratibha Patil – President of India in the year 2013.

ANIL GARDE

Technical Advisor

A Post graduate in Aeronautical engineering from IIT Mumbaiand  MBA from FMS, Delhi. After retirement from Indian Air Force as Wing Commander, he joined our team and leads from the front as Technical Director.

MR. D.P. DESHPANDE

A Mechanical Engineer with Boiler proficiency engineering having experience in the field of power plant operation to Boiler manufacturing for 9 years in private industry and has worked for 30 years in the directorate of Boiler Maharashtra state , various capacities form deputy Director of boiler to Director of boiler . He is having experience in the field of boiler operation maintenance, erection, construction and fabrication and inspection of working Boiler.

MR. ANAND KHANDELWAL

A science graduate in the field of chemical trading since 25 years and he is co-ordinating Operation and maintenance activities.

MR. MOHAMMED AFROZ

Engineer

He is having more than 8 years experience in the shop and on site for piping, structural, pressure parts and Equipment Erection. He is also assists in boiler inspection and repairs also.

MR. VIJAY GHADSHI

Engineer

He has more than 15 years experience in production and liaison work in boiler related field and takes care of all AUTOCAD drawing work, liaison work with IBR offices in the country and helps in design engineering.
