Our Manufacturing unit is situated at Thane - Belapur road in MIDC Area, close to National/ International Airport, sea port JNPT, in the twin city of Mumbai – Navi Mumbai which is one of busiest industrial belt in India.

Salient Features of our Facilities

Area: 20,000 sq. feet of workspace, 30m long, 12m wide, and 10m high clear height with 30 MT EOT. Two fully covered shed with ample natural and supporting lighting system, ventilation and ambience and separate space for Exotic Metals.

Office and Administration: 2000 sq. feet of fully covered area and equipped with Design Engineering, Procurement, Construction, accounts, administration and IT department.

Stores: 1350 sq. feet of fully covered area with separate storage facility for ferrous and non- Ferrous materials.

Dark room: A separate dark room for NDT film processing and viewing is available on the Shop floor itself.

Floor: Fully metal soled, PCC over-layer leveled flooring with design load bearing capacity Suitable for heavy fabrication of equipments.

Transport Facility: Lorry touch workshop, good wide roads outside the premises for easy Movement of trailers, Lorries, containers etc.

Lifting Equipments: 40 MT & 10 MT capacity SWL EOT crane for easy handling, lifting and shifting of the Equipments and processing of the components.

Power: 440V AC power supply of 200 KW connected load with DG Back up.

Water: Potable quality water supply from MIDC (below 25 ppm chloride contents) with adequate in house storage arrangement, and a static water tank for hydraulic testing of the Equipment and tanks of fairly large volumes. Tanker water can be supplemented if necessary.

Processes Available

  • Workshop is equipped with requisite equipment for fabrication of CS, LTCS, S.S & Alloy steel equipment. A separate bay, free from the contamination of CS is available for non- ferrous and alloy steel fabrication in the workshop, in this area sanitary grade, clean room Grade, pharmaceutical equipments are produced free of contamination.
  • Modern techniques of joining and welding are a regular feature in this workshop like Plasma cutting, oxy - acetylene cutting, GTAW, SMAW, MIG and orbital welding etc.
  • In house facilities for plate and pipe bending with pre-pinching, drilling, turning.
  • Dish and conical head manufacturing facilities are available in the nearby vicinity.
